How do we begin?
Initial Consultation >>
We chat for anywhere from 20-45 minutes. We get a feel for your desires and interests. We explore what needs tending to. We discuss any challenges or barriers that are causing disruption in your life and that you seek to shift, change, and transform.
This session is free.
Three Paid Sessions >>
We start with three initial sessions. These sessions are educational, explorative, and help to build rapport. These may include a mixture of mentoring, Emotional Freedom Technique, energy work, or coaching. These sessions help set the pace moving forward and clarify your needs.
New clients receive three sessions for the cost of two.
Deeper Dives >>
We decide on a package or an experience that would best serve you. We work methodically, with intention, and integrity. These may include extending mentorship, an EFT Package, Empowered Eros and/or a Deep Dive Immersion.
Packages and Immersion rates are discussed prior to.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle yet powerful way to navigate emotional intensity by tapping through a sequence of meridian points located on different areas of the body. This evidence-based practice supports nervous system regulation, helps release blocked energy, and fosters presence with challenging emotional and psychological states.
EFT can be applied to a wide range of experiences and concerns, but it tends to be most effective when guided by a clear focus and intention—whether addressed in a single session or explored over multiple sessions.

Shamanic Reiki weaves together Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki with practices passed down by Angell Deer/The Sanctury and rooted in Core Shamanism, Andean Cosmology, and the Medicine Wheel. Here, energy healing becomes sacred, and presence opens through embodiment, elemental connection, and trance states that bridge the seen and unseen worlds.
No two sessions are ever the same—each is an intuitive journey crafted and guided by your unique needs. You may find yourself guided through the underworld (Ukhu Pacha) or the upper world (Hanan Pacha), retrieving lost pieces of your soul, shapeshifting into animal allies, receiving Reiki transmissions, or releasing stagnant energy through sound and somatic movement. The work meets you where you are and invites you to come into deeper soul-alignment.
