Meet your guide
I am Clara Rose, and I am delighted to meet you. I am a femme bodied being of many parts and go by she/they/we. My work is focused on integrative, collaborative, and somatically oriented containers to invite transformation. My niche areas are most attuned to those who seek to overcome challenges with change, develop boundaries and language for consent, and practice clarity of mind and assertive communication. I am particularly inclined towards supporting my clients in their journeys with spiritual emergence, the transpersonal, conscious kink, and other non-ordinary experiences.

Initial coaching consultations are the first and most important place to begin as they help determine the path forward.
Initial coaching consultations last up to 90-minutes. I take these calls seriously and appreciate a mutual respect in return, as they are an assessment of how we will or will not be a fit for continued work together. Initial consultations require completion of a comprehensive intake form and the coaching agreement/informed consent prior to meeting.
The value exchange for this offering is $350. This is either a one-time payment or will be applied as a deposit towards a coaching package should we move forward.

Coaching is tailored to meet the needs of the client on both a physical and metaphysical level. Coaching sessions tend to be a blend of embodiment and somatic emotional release practices, parts work, shadow work, energy medicine, preparation and integration, and harm reduction. Sessions may include and are not limited to: Movement of the body through dance or emotional release, talking, visualization, shamanic journeys, meditations, parts work, energy work, vocalization and sound, and breath work.
Coaching packages range between four, eight, or twelve sessions at a time. First time coaching packages however begin with eight or twelve sessions, including the initial coaching consultation. Coaching packages are based on the specific needs of the client’s situation, intention, and experience.

Energy flow is boundless and expansive. Awareness of our bodies as channels for energetic fluidity can support our movement through life. Energy medicine supports the release of blockages and spaces of resistance, as well as offers opportunities for deep listening and insight.
An energy medicine session involves working with a blend of practices, and no one session is the same. Some of these practices include reiki, emotional freedom technique, working with different tools such as the drum and rattle, and embodiment/emotional release.
Individual energy medicine packages are 2-hours in length and broken into three segments.
